"Vilna" — LAST DAY

(Mar. 11-Apr. 14) — A new play by Ira Fuchs based on real people and events, about the incredible story of two boys who saved the lives of thousands.

"Vilna" tells the story of Motke Zeidel and Yudi Farber, from the ages of 11 through 28; they saved the lives of thousands in the remarkable city of Vilna during WW II. As their world collapses from being a vibrant metropolis to a stifling ghetto and ultimately the killing pits of the Ponar forest, they repeatedly confront painful choices and risk their lives to save others.

Directed by Joseph Discher.

Featuring Mark Jacoby ("Show Boat," "Ragtime," "Phantom of the Opera")
