"Mikva the Musical: Music and Monologues from the Deep" — LAST DAY

(Jun. 23-30) — Featuring women sharing their authentic stories of attending mikva — the ritual bath that married Jewish women are commanded to visit once a month, following their menstrual cycle and after childbirth — the show is revelatory. A unique aspect of "Mikva the Musical" is that it also includes the stories of mikva attendants, women who are often invisible. It showcases the stories of women, both able-bodied and with limited mobility.

Originally conceived by Myra Gutterman as "The Mikva Monologues," it morphed into "Mikva the Musical" in the course of her partnership with award-winning theater director Toby Klein Greenwald.

*For women only.*

With Adina Feldman, Ariella Ganz, Yael Valier, Michele Thaler and pianist Riva Schertzman.
