Aviv: The Tova Project with 20s and 30s

Our very own rabbinic fellow, Tobias Divack Moss, will be presenting an evening of music and story in honor of his Israeli folksinging grandmother, Tova.

Born in Poland and raised in British Mandate Tel Aviv, Tova chose New York as her permanent artistic home when she arrived in 1947. For 60 years she championed the emerging Israeli Hebrew culture and enlivened the remnants of the Yiddish world with her folk songs, monologues, and dynamic personality.

Join Tobias in exploring this rich cultural heritage, and then grab a drink and doughnuts with other 20s and 30s afterwards.
