"Visualizing the Bible: Works by David Wander"

(Through October 18) - This exhibition will explore themes of Jewish myth, history and biblical narrative through the works of New York-based artist David Wander. Wander creates books that meld the traditions of biblical pictorial cycles, medieval Hebrew manuscript illumination and contemporary graphic illustration. The exhibition will feature eight narratives: Esther, Ruth, Song of Songs, Lamentations, Jonah, David, Judith and the Golem of Prague.

Sunday through Thursday, 10 AM to 4:30 PM.  Closed to the public on Jewish holidays.
