For College Students and Young Adults Away from Home. For over 45 years, the High Holy Days Comittee of the New York Metropolitan Conference of MRJ has reached out to college, graduate and professional school students away from home, as well as faculty and military personnel, to provide a place to celebrate the High Holy Days. The services are currently at St. Bart's in midtown Manhattan and are led by Rabbi Leonard A. Schoolman. The music for the services is provided by accomplished soloists from St. Bart's choir, who sing the traditional Hebrew and Aramaic melodies under the direction of Dr. Paolo Bordignon of the New York Philharmonic .
