About Rabbi Shalom Ever: With a broad and deep Torah background, including intensive study at the Chevron Yeshiva, he is well known and loved for his "coolness," sense of humor and total humility. The grandson of Rabbi Yehuda Levenberg (one of the gedolim who shaped Torah in America and fought for Kashrus standards starting in the 1910's, as well as an amazing orator and leader both in Europe and the United States), Rabbi Ever, also known as "Reb Shalom," has received that "great person/oratory gene." Rabbi Ever has been a Rav for 40 years, having begun his career at only 18 years of age as the youngest Rav with such an extensive training during that era in the United States.
