Jewish singles (30s, 40s and 50s) will experience a world unlike any other—Peru—on a journey August 2 to 14, 2009, sponsored by The Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh and Amazing Journeys.

A group of 35 from across North America and around the globe will discover this ancient land and its people; offering a storied history and a huge variety of natural landscapes and ancient archaeological sights.

Our Amazing Journey in Peru is part adventure as well as a learning experience with outdoor pursuits and intriguing ruins. Travelers will enjoy unique experiences such as a sunrise hike at Machu Picchu, a dune buggy ride in Paracas National Reserve, and a cruise to the floating islands of the Uros People of Lake Titicaca.

Our itinerary includes Lima, Cuzco, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Ollantaytambo, Machu Pichu, Andahuaylillas, Raqchi, Puno, Uros Floating islands, Las Chulpas de Sillustani, Lake Titicaca and Paracas National Reserve.
